Record temps and winds SW 10-20 should provide an opportunity to have a January picnic on Waconia today. Current temp 35 heading to high 40s winds are SW at 10. The freezing rain last week left the ice smooth with occasional speed bumps and ice heaves. Im planning on a late session.
