That sandbar looks amazing. Did it extend out from Hooksala Park?

Way to go dude! You walked a full mile through the woods to get to a primo spot. Kudos to you!

this spot is just north of hok-si-la by 2-3miles and is part of Frontenac state park. as Pete said it is just shy of a mile walk out there but parking is super easy and the walk is worth every step as you can see in the pictures. I think this spot would work on S-ESE and NE-NW. At the end of this ride I did a 2mile down winder to another beach where my dad picked me up. I think a guy could launch out of lake city and do a down winder to this spot which would be amazing!
