Mille Monday

Post by MSavage »

Hey I'm also looking to carpool for a day trip to Kite Mille Lacs on Monday (tomorrow). I probably won't be able to leave before 11am but would split the gas if I can hitch a ride! I live in Minneapolis so gimme a call/txt: 952-261-7457

Thanks,

Mark

How is Reddy going to be if the winds are more east than south east? The NOAA forecast is showing that as of now anyway.

If you're heading to mille tomorrow, I'd hit Garrison instead of reddy. Far too much east in the forecast.

Planning on heading up from the metro around 7am. Garrison was the plan for me, or wealthwood though there's almost no rigging area there except for the parking lot. How far out are the shallows at garrison? Hope to have some company.

Considering it but the storm potential seems a bit higher up there. Will check everything in the morning.

The shallows extend out pretty far in some spots of Garrison Bay. Not a great spot for beginners tomorrow cause it will be onshore. Reddy might offer better side shore conditions.
