Baltimore

I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge about the wind conditions for Chesapeake bay a little south of Baltimore. It looks like I will be moving out that way for a job and was wondering if it would be better to try to find an apartment near the bay example or something closer to a park for other outdoor activities.
