Nice pics and flat water. Is that at Breakers in the Keweenaw? Never thought of trying there.

I was just up in the area a few weeks ago camping but the wind was fairly light which is rare for the UP. Scoped out a lot of nice beaches though. Say ya to da UP, eh!

Cool. I am thinking of heading back up there in the next month or so. How was the launch there at breakers. Looks like a lot of mine tailings?

Some nice spots on both sides of the Keweenaw for various winds. I lived there for a while so I know the area pretty well. Have you tried eagle river/great sand bay? schweet spot there

Good, if you have someone to help launch theres plenty of room. Self launch may be tricky depending on how the wind lines up... But, there is beach on the inside and outside on both sides of the channel...the state park beach (north side) is the biggest.

Not yet, but hoping to get up there soon.

Ya, sick spots all over the UP, on Superior and Michigan (love those warm souths on lake Michigan). Let me know when you head up there again...Im hoping to get up there every weekend it blows from now til snowkiting.

Cheers,
Nick
