Riding the Storm out...

Post by Tighe »

If that title brounght a tune to your head, welcome to the master's class.

anywho....looks like some wind will be rolling in this afternoon in front of and then behind a pretty strong line of storms. SE in front of the storms and strong NW behind. The band of storms isn't that wide and may only take and hour or two to roll through. If you're thinking of grabbing the frontside session be sure to keep an eye on the sky. The storms look intense.

Considering Ramsey then Bellaire, or maybe Waconia. Might be a good sunset session to be had.

I'm thinking about heading to Waconia for a session before the storm.

I'm on my way out the door for Waconia soon. Looks promising now, SW at 17.

Oops my bad, guess it's clocking more ahead of the front. S and SW winds are reported just west of the cities already. No major storms yet. Wilmar is NW already. I think the W and NW winds will be hitting Waconia sometime between 1-3. Sounds like it might be ridable as the winds clock around.
