Ramsey Beach (NE corner of the lake). There should be other kiters there Wed-Fri this week to help launch & land.

Be very weary of White Bear Lake, Majicnija. Rumor has it that the lake is still angry at the white man for having stolen it from Dakotan Soux. Make freinds with the beautiful woman, White Bear, before venturing out. I have heard several personal stories from locals about this. I am new to the area, myself. I am not supersticious, but take my advice.

I was hoping for a reply. I really just made this up. I am part Sauk or Blackhawk, a tribe which came from New York State. I hope this added a bit of spice to your White Bear Lake excursion. It's really all in my creative mind. I still respect the beautiful woman, White Bear.

I'm planning on going out tomorrow as well. probably won't be there until 4:30 or so though. I just got a insanely awesome waterproof Surf housing for my canon 7d (DSLR), so if you see a guy out in the water with a bright yellow thing in his hand...that is me with my camera.
