Switchblade Demo Thursday, Jan 1, 2004 in the Metro Area

Todd Hanson from Kite Central in the Brainerd Lakes area. I will be in the metro area for New Years.

I will be kiting somewhere in the metro area Thursday Jan 1 (whereever we find the best wind conditions) and will have Switchblade rigged snowboards with me for people to demo....just bring your snowboard boots. I will have a few kites, but if you have your own, bring it for the ride of your life!

If you haven't heard of the Switchblade, it is a device that makes kiting with a snowboard possible in any conditions....from black ice...to powder... and anything in-between.

I will be driving down to hang out at the Mega Mall if anyone wants to chat about the switchblade there. We will be at the All American Sports Bar for the New Years Festivities.

Hope to hook up with you Todd, the Swithblade sounds like the smitt for snowboarding in all conditions. Last year I struggled to find the best black ice rig ( I'm not a skater).

If you'r around on New Years day, I'd take Todd up on his offer. Free demos are always a sweet way to explore other rides.

If you have any inclination what-so-ever to Kiteboard on ice, then I highly recommend that you go and demo the SwitchBlade. I was fortunate enough to ride with the SwitchBlade a couple of times with Todd up on North Long Lake. Thank you Todd!! Honestly, I cannot say enough about it. I will try and sum it up with a couple of words...

TOTALLY-AWESOME

Do yourself a favor and at least go watch, you will be amazed.

3 of us were on Freeskates on the most perfect black ice ever on N. Long Lake. Todd riding his Switchblade was keeping pace and holding a clean line edge. Also getting air and landing. Amazing!
