Hey,

Im looking for some good places to go for kite mountain boarding around the twin cities. I've got my bearings all greesed up and ready to go!

I cant think of the name of the park but in s st paul there is a off leash dog park right along the river if your going s on concord just past Butler you take a left and go over a bridge over the railroad yard. The open area they have there is great I take my buggy there quite often Its the only place Ive found to have enough room to run the buggy.
