Slingshot T2 12m Kite & Cabrinha crossbow bar?

Does anyone think this setup would work? It's a 2007 T2 Slingshot 12m kite and a 2007 cabrinha crossbow 2 to 1 bar. I'm looking to buy gear, and different gear from different manufacturers scars me a bit even though a bow kite should work with a 2 to 1 bar regardless the manufacturer? Has anyone out there mixed and matched before? Possibly this same situation?

Would you spend 500 bucks for this setup complete kite bar pump bag lines in addition to harness and litewave dave BOARD, HARNESS? Seems like a bargain if the kite and bar mesh together.

Anyone have any insight?

Yeah those bars should work together. I used to ride with a TD1 bar on a cabrinha crossbow I kite... and a cabrinha bar on a TD1. So those two will work together just fine.

Are you sure that is a 12m T2? The 1st generation TD's came in even sizes (8, 10, 12, 14, 16) while the 2nd generation T2's came in odd sizes (7, 9, 11, 13). Just make sure you are getting an actual T2, especially if it is over the internet.
