I know there are iphone apps coming (Square Connect, for example) with universal remote capabilities. Are there any that offer "One-Touch Activity-Based Control" like the Logitech Harmony remotes do? Is Logitech planning anything?

You can download a number of plug-ins for phones & other remotes from Logitech.
