drysuit

Post by cautionkid »

Hope all is well back in MN. I moved out to Boston this past summer. It is that season out here and sure it is back home. I just purchased that NPX Lucifier drysuit. I know a lot of people consider it more of a fashion statement than anything. Let me say this thing is super functional. It is not really any baggier than the Pyro Pro. The pants overlap the ankle seals and have velcro straps that tighten down over your booties. It has a ton of mobility and I stayed pretty much 100% dry even after some hard wipe outs in the surf. I haven't used the pee zip yet but sure it will come in handy. The hood was great protection against the pelting rain and the drains in the hood work great. I also liked the neoprene neck seal which doesn't give me a rash like the latex neck seal does. I figured I would share this with everybody since we all were curious about the functionality of this suit. Hopefully we will see you guys soon.
