Richard Branson's way of kiting
When Richard Branson rides his off his own private island in the BVI, he gets to take a nude model with him. Ok I'm grateful for all I have but that just ain't fair.

Ok then. I'm sold. Time to ditch the sailboard and rush to buy a kite.

What a tool.
Re: Richard Branson's way of kiting
Is that a real picture ?
The real pro isnt the one who doesn't make a mistake. The real pro is the one that does the best job hiding it!

What is the air temp by that time ? I wonder ! It looked like she is very comfortable & enjoy the ride !

Don't think you would want to jump. Her heels could ring the chimes. Might be worth the risk. Not only am I suffering kite withdrawl. But I must watch some one else kite in a style I could never achieve. With out my own airline and private island. Good for Richard. He works hard and took some big risks.

Looks fake, but cool though.
Re: Richard Branson's way of kiting
Thats a real picture, alright. It's always perfect in the BVI's summer or winter. One guy on KF said that in his second life he wants to come back as a waist harness! I've hauled my son around like that, but Richard has certainly raised the bar on that trick.
Re: Richard Branson's way of kiting
Not too shabby, needs to pull the board shorts down over the white leggies though, maybe try one-handed next time, Rick.
I think I read somewhere Branson's high school guidance counselor told him he would either end up a millionaire or in jail. At least they didn't tell him he would end up a nobody!

Re: Richard Branson's way of kiting
The problem there is with the extra weight, it can be difficult to get going in moderate to low winds. The weight will most likely prevent planing, and even if able to get up on your board, you would likely be pulled downwind. Not to mention, jumps with the extra rider on board would be small to non-existant. I'm not sure how Sir Richard thinks this will help his kiting.
