I'll try to make it too...I assume the snow cover is still good on Pepin? I'll probably be there around 1pm.

Is there a good launch from the Wisconsin side for todays winds? How wide is Pepin...would I be able to find the rest of you if I make it that way today?

Lake Pepin is about 2 miles wide and 20 miles long. If you launch from the WI side to cross the town of Pepin has a boat launch and beach you can launch from and so does Stockholm. Stockholm would be the closest to Lake City.
