11 days ago Patti and Jeff Hoxtel had a little boy.....Keaton Riley.
the heir apparent for airpadre kiteboarding.
Mum and baby are doing well, make sure you pop by in spring to meet the young man.

That is great news! Congratulations! As a relatively new dad who has been reduced to pulling his 3 year old son around in a sled on cross country skis and the 1 year old isn’t even ready for that yet let me tell ya fatherhood brings a few lifestyle changes. More so with the second kid than the first, but it still affects you.

Anyway, if anyone can adapt their lifestyles smoothly I’m sure it will be Jeff and Patti. What a great couple! Jeff had me up and riding 4 or 5 years ago during my first water lesson with Air Padre. Pretty cool.

We are gonna try to get down to Padre in late March so hopefully we will get to see little Keaton. And yeah, I will try to get some kiting in this winter, not much, but some!

or any sleep. My wife and I are expecting to have our second child around the 30th of January. So I'll be in the same club shortly.

Its a boy! Bennett Kendall Ford 8lbs 5oz. The ladie let me come home to sleep in the bed tonight after complaining about the chair that folds out that I had to sleep in last night. I think I had the best rush of my life when they put him in my arms for the first time.

Wow...that's a big boy.
Congratulations, I'm pleased to hear all went well.
Tough to beat the first moments with your child, you'll remember it always with 100% clarity. Right up there with your first diaper change.
Enjoy...
