NEW YEARS EVE GATHERING?

Tighe and I were talking about getting everyone together again over the holidays. The first thing that came to my mind was new years eve! Do most people already have plans or still looking for something to do? It would be nice to bring in the new year w/all my fellow wind enthusiasts! If there's nowhere else for us to gather; i could host a party at my place.
Any thoughts or ideas?

The 2009 Minnesota snowkite event schedule has been finalized. Other events may be added, but these are the dates for the established events.

we are working on a banner right now , havent made it yet cause we are probly going to have live DJ/hip-hop group from MPLS performing out on the lake as we shred . further details to come soon.

I dont have any plans for New Years yet.
I have to work the eve of and the day after new years.

My girlfriend was talking about trying to go out to a bar??????

I dont want anything to do with those kinds and sizes of crowds.
A house party would be way more my speed.

Anyway, i am going to save my pennies for the weekend.
I am getting super stoked for the kite bash.
Already invited like 4-5 of my friends!!!

If anyone wants to come up to Breezy Point, We are having a new years eve bash. We'll have a big bonfire, stoke the sauna, have some creative sledding and drink some homebrew (An IPA and a happy holiday ale).

If people want to crash here for the night, we have a futon and some air mattresses and lots of floor space. Bring up a sleeping bag!

If the wind is looking good, Pelican is a great spot to go and just 5 minutes from my house.

i've decided to go ahead with nye party! I know some people like to have alittle more fun than others at my parties but this one will be alittle more laid back than most. A few of the hooligans will be out of town

Completely slipped my mind that last year everyone wore their pajamas. I still have the perfect vision of tighe in fleece rubber ducky pjs, ha! So, I plan to do the same this year. Here's some more info. See some of you in a few days!
