Islamoralda, FL ??

Has anyone kited at Islamoralda, FL. A few of us are thinking of a quick trip the second weekend in January. We were debating between there and Padre, but the Wind/Water temps convinced us to look into FL.

Any tips on the FL keys would be great! Thanks

i've been there. its a nice spot but I think spi has more to offer... it has bigger beaches and more shallows plus waves and flatwater. the keys have choppy water inside the reef and smalller kitebeaches I've only kited there once so i'm no expert.
