August 16th Event on Pulaski - wind or no wind

Now that we are recovering from the Gathering, Heather and I are planning a summer party at my place on Pulaski for Saturday (Full moon) August 16th. Since these are typically the dog days of summer there will be pleanty of Volleyball and other yard games, hanging at the beach and behind the boat.

We did this last Memorial day weekend and had a blast so we are sending the invite out once again to bring your water toys, boats, jetski's, ect and come play on Pulaski, we are considering having a band on the deck again for late afternoon/evening and firepit to bring in the FULL MOON. Pleanty of space to tent if your staying the night

If the wind does show up kites/winsurfs can launch from my beach on SW, W, NW winds. More details to follow - hit me up if you know of a band that can play on that afternoon

Open Cabin for Saturday

The Cabin will be open for Saturday, looks like it will be a small gathering of wind, work, and ski friends for daytime fun on the beach, water and Volleyball court. We did not book the band as we expect a small turnout, however we may be heading into Bunkers on Saturday night for Alex Rossi and Root City band. Then again we may just hang with a fire on the beach

Saturday looks to be very light wind and high in the 80's! ALL in ALL another exceptional day at the Cabin where the sun always shines

If you get hooked up for a pull behind one of the ski boats, please remember the price of gas and that a gallon goes very very fast in the boats - the owners appreciate it !!!

Glad to hear you are making the treck up. We will be grilling and eating well, if you can bring something easy to share the 3 season porch will be set up for food - there is also a fridge in the porch to help keep things cool. I will have some beverages to share but you will want to bring your preference as there will be some adult beverages on ice and Ill be making some Cabin Colada's.

There is also plenty of tent space as my nieghbors are gone and gave permission to set up tents in thier yard.

Since I have a no wind guarantee from you I will come. I am planning on late afternoon after another party that starts at 10 am...

I have gone to Rob's parties for years! Always a good time and lots of toys to play with...
