F2 declares bankrupcy

I saw this on the boardseeker website. I guess they don't know how or if it will affect their board production/distribution yet.
The truth is that F2 was adjudicated insolvent and insolvency proceedings were opened by decision of the Salzburg Regional Court. Currently, Dr. Robert Bukovc was established as trustee in insolvency and is running the company together with Mr. Pasche as managing director. The business of F2 International GmbH is currently being continued.
The owner of F2 International GmbH is sure that insolvency proceeding can be settled soon, and he is sure that once the proceedings are closed successfully, F2 will continue business with new strength and under new management.
