I was just looking at that site last week. I have an extra pair of roller blades too. Looks like you have to make your own. Similar to Roller Blade Coyote which I believe is out of production.

For an interesting alternative to ATB or skates check this out: http://www.dirtsurfer.com

The Flexideck model (green) has straps for jumping. There are pics in the "pics archive" of people using with kite.

One drawback: Very pricey at $899 (I think)

Those wheels of doom are way too heavy and unmanuverable compared to the coyote blades. The coyote blades feel just like hockey skates when you are powered up on grass. They are real akward on asphalt. You can usually find them on Ebay for around $100.00. The only problem is that there is no good place around the city to use them!!! It would be a blast to make some kind of terrain park in the middle of a huge mowed field.

Take a look at this page of pics. http://www.doomwheels.com/gallery/kiteskate.php

I don't know how maneuverable they are but they sure look like they rock when going straight. The wheels look at least twice the size of the Coyote. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss them unless you've tried a pair.
