Snowkite Rally roll call
We are putting together some swag bags and lining up some appetizers at the Luce Line Lodge for the Saturday night party. We'd like to get a rough idea of how many people to expect. Just post a reply to the thread. If you can only come on Sunday, that's ok too. Just let me know so that I have a bag for you. Again, registration is free. Helmets are mandatory.
Also, there will be 2 photographers and 2 videographers to document the jam so I'll ask that you be careful around them to avoid damage to people or property. Anybody know where I can get some bright orange safety vests?
The parking lot might fill up fast, but you can drive by to drop your stuff, then park on the side of the road. The ice fishermen say that there is 13-16 inches of ice where they made holes.
Finally, it looks like a lot of hardware around, but it will be confined to the terrain park. So even if you are a newer rider, there will be plenty of space to ride around. We will set up some kickers for more experienced riders in search of big air.

Plan on it!
I plan to attend. Both days possibly. Looking forward to seeing you all.

P.S: I've got a couple of safety vests to loan to you. Try Fleet Farm or Northern Eqp.

I would come over and at least talk to John and I in the morning before things get going. So we have some sort of action plan. Our big concern is riders getting too much kodak courage around the photogs and doing something less then smart. I'm sure there will be a bunch of people shooting photos and most of them will be doing it at a fairly safe distance. However, if you plan to get up close and personal with a wide angle lens, it is usually best to hook up with a few riders you feel very comfortable with and come to a good consensus on what you want as a shot. Also, let me know if there are any policies with photos because I would like to bring my gear.
Feel free to drop me an email at bberndt@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Oh...I will be there for at least Saturday....maybe sunday.

Awesome! Thanks to all for the replies so far.
Adam, you should feel free to take all the pictures you want but we would like to make sure that anybody taking pictures don't get run over. So like Ben mentionned, the best thing would be to come for the meeting at 10am on Saturday and talk to the pro lenses about safety guidelines.
