Windsufer down Must read!

Post by Hutch »

Our friend and fellow sailor Chuck Gierke (you know the guy with the orange Honda Element) had a brain aneurism last week. He was admitted to United Hospital and last Saturday he was able to leave the ICU. He seems to be resting comfortably and speaking clearly. Fortunately for Chuck there are no signs of paralysis or brain damage except he gets a little anxious when the wind comes up but hey that’s normal for all of us. If you get a chance give him a call to wish him well we pray for a speedy recovery and a return to the water.

Do you have Chuck's e-mail info? Surfin'Grampa, or something. Heard about it this weekend, but glad he's Okay. We had been trying to encourage him to increase his pale ale intake as a preventive measure.
