Looking for a room-mate for South Padre. I have a room reserved at La Quinta Nov 19th-Dec 3rd. I already have 1 room-mate Nov 23rd-Dec 3rd, but there's 3 beds including the pull-out sofa, so I'm open to having 2 room-mates. Your cost is $30/night including tax.
Now who in the hell in there right mind wouldn't want to room with a independent hot lady (so I've been told as we never met) who can kick my ass in yoga and kiteboarding?
Geez, gotta be cuter than my roomate Gary for crying out loud
All right now boys, Ya don’t want to mess with the Rookie!!
Wild bill, I didn’t know yoga was a competitive sport?? And for the kiting your going to have to find a different approach for landing your kite, since they don’t have trees down there!
Stevester, I wouldn’t conceder myself hot, But I know I don’t do tricks like Nancy can (yet).
Rob (cab man), Keep it up, and I wont give ya any lessons down there!!
Renstro you can make anything competitive. I know your just jealous because my kites come free and clear and don't invert and then rip off the lines. Thanks for checking out the repair places though You can keep the looks comments from guys for yourself
DARLENE, I think you're going to have to reserve a WHOLE WING of La Quinta to hold all the guys who want to be your room mate! I guess I'll have to settle for a charity hug on the beach. Anyway, I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say, WE'RE ALL LOOOKING FORWARD TO KITING WITH YOU AGAIN!!" :shock:Jim
Hi Darlene - glad you are making the trip, it will be nice to see you again. Judd and I will be down around the 7th and staying till around Dec. 7. Can't wait to hear the stories from the East Coast.
Do you get out on the Ocean much? Sounds like a big one is heading your way this week.
It will be fun to see all the advancement you've made in kiting, looking forward to it. I'm sure you've raised the bar much farther than a 15 foot jump, with your go for it attitude.
Dianne---Flat water is what I've always loved. I've only been in the ocean here 3-4 times. The ocean in South Padre is much friendlier. With side-on flat water available from all wind directions here, it's hard for me to choose the ocean. Yesterday & today hurricane Noel is making the ocean CRAZY!
Looking forward to warm weather! We had an October in the 80's but right now it's a chilly 54 here!
Darlene, I'm surprised you're still going after some of these messages...you have to be at least a little creeped out!! The guys are lining up to meet you already!!! Have a fun time. Sure wish I was writing to claim one of those beds.
