Which Beach on WBL for Windsurfing Fri 3-5 pm?

What is the beach on White Bear Lake (Ramsey or Bellaire) that you would go windsurfing today (Friday) between 3 and 5 pm?

The forecast for the wind direction is so variable that I cannot make up my mind, and I do not want to miss the company of other windsurfers and kiters.

if it is SW Rutherford would work better than Ramsey if W then Bellaire. Or if you can make the drive Wac. is going to be much better on a SW day.

I am probably going to hit Bellaire at about that time 'cause I'm banking on a straight W by then.
