Midwest Moutaineering Expo this weekend

If you haven't been, this is quite the event. Reps from all their water sports products are on hand. All of us Slingshot boys will be on hand to show you the new SS kites and boards and get you stoked on the summer season coming up. They'll have some great deals on their drysuits, helmets and accessories as well. There are also a number of great presentations and films going on throughout the weekend.

We'll be at Calhoun today Thursday(along with their extensive boat demos), from 3-8 at Thomas beach with the new Slingshot T2, Link and many of the new boards. We're also going to take it as an opportunity to spread the word about not riding Calhoun in the summer.

I'll be hanging out there all weekend. Lots of cool talks/slideshows on what to do when it's not windy (and one cool presentation by Tighe on what to do when it is windy).

I agree, this is a great event. I've only missed it once in the last 16 years.
There is a great Canoe/kayak auction on Saturday Morning as well that draws quite a crowd.
