Hi gang,
Believe it or not, I am going out for the first time this year today. Hockey season is over and I finally have the time to get out to the lakes. I'm fairly novice and am wondering where would be a good launch today with the west winds and my rusty skills.
I am on skis (still learning) and will probably be flying my B6 for the sake of simplicity. Any ideas?
Normally Kite Island would be the easy answer but you prolly need a snowcat to get out there still
If you're on the west side Waconia is popular, east side White Bear... should be plenty folk to assist at both spots (& many others on nice day like this), enjoy!
