Anyone headed out to da Bear today? Time/location? How is visibility?

I am off from work at 3:30pm and skipping class today.

SWEET! Classes at the U of M were cancelled as of 2:30pm today, so now I am not even skipping class!

What launch site are you headed out to? Mahto?

Today (Fri) I am off work as of 11:30am and then off to da Bear. The car is packed and ready to go. Anyone else going out? The snow out my door here looks awesome!!

I'm planning on heading out today. Where is the best launching area today? I don't have the best car for winter driving and might have to hook the kite up to pull it out.

Sweet that you can make it out. I am thinking Mahto, but I am open to opinions from more advanced kiters. I too will be walking out from shore.
