SE is good at Ramsey Beach WBL, but I don't have a clue what the surface is like.

WBL Ramsey has great ice right now, 8-10" but it might not be that fun in 7 mph SW.

Dave, how are you doing on your board setup? Ready to ride if we ever get snow?

Kurt I have the board, I need to get boots (expect to get them tomorrow or Friday night probably at sportmart) and I'm ordering bindings off ebay, auction ends tomorrow so should have by Monday. Sorry, I'm still stuck with skates, or borrowing gear until then. I have it on Tomg's authority that the bindings I'm bidding on are "the" ones.

so if wanted to get out tomorrow, is there anywhere with snow on the ice, I mean like do I have to drive all the way to Canada or what?....Just kidding Nathan.

If the conditions hold up I'm heading out to Collinwood tomorrow.

I was at collinwood today, the snow cover was good, 1-2 inches but solid everywhere and bonded to the ice, but no wind. it was melting pretty fast today, but should be there for tommarow. In wayzata right now its raining/sleeting, hopefully it doesnt affect collinwood but who knows it could turn into Tighes unforcasted perfect snowstorm?
