Yo Nathan,

Great edging/rides now 4 days in a row. :) Paul & I were @ Ripley. 8)
I'll probably be lauching on the West side in next couple of days.

I see public accesses on Collinwood on North and South side. Which access did you use and what wind directions are the cleanest for this lake :?:

Steve: the lakes are west of Twin Cities on Hwy. 12 approx. one hour drive.

Stroh: Should be excellant on west side of Ripley w/o a track out there.
Because of work, my ETA tomorrow will be 2:50.

Is anyone heading out there today (Wednesday)? The wind looks light. Will a snowboard and a 12TD be ok today? Simon and I are thinking about heading out for our first winter session of the season, but it seems like a long way to go for questionable wind.

Collinwood state park also has hiking trails that are good for cross country skiing. I,ve been dog sledding out there almost every day. So if your into cross country sking might want to bring them along incase the wind is to light to kite.
