This is a really cool event showing what Minnesota adventure sports has to offer. I highly recommend attending, good films, people, and festivities... Not to mention there is a kiting film!!

"Not for Show"
a film by Brock Royer
This movie contains paddlers and whitewater from mainly the midwest
region. The areas include MN, WI, MI along with a few short clips filmed
in B.C., WA and CO. This film was made strictly for FUN and although we
take our paddling seriously this is not meant to be like cutting edge
Twitch and TGR movies. Part of the reason this is called "Not For Show" is
you will see older boats, duct tape, beat up gear, and no glitz or
glamour. These are paddlers who are more worried about spending time on
the river than time on the big screen.
"Long Cold Winter, eh?"
a film by Cliff Langley
Winters in Duluth can be long... This goofball documentry is about how to survive a Duluth winter without partying yourself to death. Come along as dirtball film maker Cliff and his dog chase down winter adventure and all the cool people out there loving winter life. Featuring ice climbing, winter surfing, skiing, and lots of nonsense.
"Switch to Receive"
a film by Hansi Johnson
This short documentry was shot over four years of ski touring in the Selkirk, Mountains in British Columbia. Its main goal is to show how skiing in the mountains of B.C. forged a long and lasting relationship between a handful of Canadian ski guides and their loyal American clients. The deep bond formed over almost fifteen years of skiing togetther becomes the asset that allows the group to act quickly and decisively when they have to beacon search, probe and dig two buddies out a deep burial due to an avalanche on Cairn Peak in the Espalande Range.
20/10
a film by Motz
This snow kiting film is cutting edge... Motz showcases snowkiting to its limits. Big air, and sic jumps. This pro film was shot out west and has some bits from Mille Lacs in Minnesota...

Alex Horner."
"PEDAL TO THE MIDNIGHTSUN"
Pedal to the Midnight Sun follows a 2006 expedition undertaken by two
young adventurers biking across Alaska north to the Arctic Ocean. The
video is a humorous snap shot of their journey. In the video Josh and
J.J. cover 1,200 miles from rainforest to the Arctic expanse. Their
ride proves to be an inspirational journey into the vastness of Alaska,
interpreting a landscape that demands intrigue
