For those of you that have not been to SPI, make sure you don't drink and drive, don't even chance it, they have a large police force on the island, which also makes the island very safe.

I've been running $40 a season as I always forget to take the sticker off the rental car, been going in spring and fall the last couple of years.
Still worth every penny.

Judd and Diane aren't kidding about the police and drinking! When I lived in Padre I was arrested and put in jail after drinking and biking. I was on my bike because I was too drunk to drive. 4 squads assisted the first. Big deal, those BWI's, I guess. It was a combination of the slow season and me thinking it was funny getting pulled over on my bicycle. (It was funny and worth the story) Judd and Diane, Sarah and I will be flying in on tuesday. I hope to do some kiting while we're there. Hope to see you guys!!!!
Nathan-we are still planning to camp. I think it is $12 a night to camp there, because we'll be in the same area as the RVs. Probably not too scenic, but really cheap! (More money for turkey and pumpkin pie...)
