moonlight session?

Post by drknap »

Just got back from a walk with my wife around lake como. A warm southerly was still blowing 15-25 with a gorgeous moon above. Seriously thinking about a moonlit session at WBL. Would be cool. Any takers?

Kurt,
Sorry for the delay but we just came back from Malmo....Yes, last night we hit the lake at midnight. We only put one kite up and after 15 minutes the wind died, thus you didn't miss much. What a great idea though. We will have to try it on a full moon night this winter  .Maximiliano

That would of been cool last night.

Night kiting during winter's the way to go...I can put the kids to bed, load up my gear and take the 5 minute drive over to the Bear! Got my head lamp and twin tips ready!

I wanted to go about 9 pm while it was till blowing but my wife would have strangled me plus I had no one to go with. No doubt! Keep your full moon evenings open this winter. Kurt
