water was very cold yesterday but you'll be fine in a wetsuit if you get stranded in the middle just swim fast to keep the body temp up
I'm going dry for the rest of the season

Interesting never knew there was another Lake Washington so close. I think the Lake Washington these guys were referring to was near Dassel, west of the twin Cities.

What is the other Lake Washington like? How large? Do you windsurf or kite there?

Ride safe.

Anyone else thinking Cannon? Water quality should be pretty decent by now. I should be there by noon or so.

I'll be at Cannon about 3:00 p.m. Dr. W., some of us still teach classes the old-fashioned way (in a classroom)!

The green is gone, river system has been flushed, H20 qualilty is as good as it gets on an annual basis.

See you on the water.

I got out for an hour yesterday on the big kite from 2-3 pm at the Wac. No one missed much. wind shut down for 20 minutes on my downwinder to the beach. I was in the water in a sleeveless wetsuit. I was warm, so if you don't have a drysuit yet this is your last chance for warmth.

I have not decided on Wac and the Cannon factor...yet... :?
