Spirit Lake this weekend.

Post by cp2616 »

Looks like it should be a great weekend on Spirit. 15-25 mph tomorrow. We've been having great wind down here as of late. I've been out the three of the last four days on Spirit and West Okoboji. It might be worth the three hour trip for you city folks (I'm looking at you Johnny and Heidi!). The rest of the Boji crew will be rolling in tomorrow morning fresh of the drive back from Padre. I'm sure they will be ready to throw on the drysuit and show me what they learned.

There is camping at Marble Beach State Park, which is on Spirit Lake. A list of all the camping facilities in the Okoboji area, including Marble Beach, can be found at the link below. I won't be checking here after 5:00 pm today, so give me a call if you decide to come down. (712) 330-3020
