Sunday is setting up to be some sweet SouthEasterly wind, perfect for a WBL opener at Ramsey. MOS forecasts 18knots at 150-160 degrees.

Unless you like that crappy side-offshore stuff with SE at Waconia, come on over to the Bear!

The last bit of icy lake was ready to bust open this morning. 1/2 of the ice in Mahtomedi bay is gone - usually the last bastion of ice on WBL. Temps near 70 today should finish things off.

It's actually looking much more straight southerly and stronger down south so Cannon would be nice for chop hopping. Either Da Bear or Cannon will be nice and no weed fin needed (like some other lake/weed forest in SW part of cities). Are any construction projects going yet on 35E?

Count me in at Ramsey on WBL. Oooh, life is good, as the Wild just tied it up at 1-1. As Coach said "Su-wheat!"

If you can believe the wind chart, looks like it's not worth showing up Sunday before 10 or 11am. But I'll show up earlier if anyone else is???
