I will make the trip for snow on Saturday anywhere from Sturgeon up to Island Lake. Grand Lake near Saginaw may be another option in that area.

The Sailflow forcast for Mille Lacs (east 10-12) looks good. I wish I knew more about the surface. Although, the Duluth area forcast looks even better (east 12-15+)

Let's figure out the best option and make it a party! I'm leaning toward the Duluth area.

If anyone has conditions info, please post or call me on my cell. 651-343-2469

Sturgeon is on the way, Aaron who lives in sandstone made a post on Mn that they got no rain up there. Sturgeons very close so it may have escaped the down pour.
Cedars toast, water everywhere.
What time would you think about setting out Mike?.

If it frezzes Milly should be ok on the north shore. Just drove by, looked like it still had 100% coverage, but right now it would be a slush feast out there. Wind looks better for sunday, so post up where your going.

Kited on Sturgeon today...snow was decent until about 2:00, then it deteriorated quickly to standing water...I would keep driving and head to Duluth.
