Great find Tom. Everyone that is out on the ice should watch this; it has a lot of great info on what to do and how much time you really have if you don't panic.

Watched it, great video, might even be something to work on or make students aware of during a winter kite lesson plan, maybe show them the video before the lesson? Maybe we as a community should try to create some rescue techniques for ourselves when we are out on lakes, especially in the earlier time of the season when everyone is itching to get out on the Lakes?

Tighe, I found that at KF and I just copied the link from there. I'm struggling out of town on a laptop that is really screwed up. When I get back I'll try to copy the video to my HD and then maybe I could upload for our PPL to download. For now I can't do much, sorry.
