It looks like there might be enough wind for a dawn session on Cahoun. Anybody care to join me around 5:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. I’m sure there will be plenty of morning runners out.
Chris, I was just thinking about a morning session too. I was planning on Nokomis, but I can make the extra journey to Calhoun. I probably won't show till everyone is out of bed here though-- 9am or so. Looks like the little bit of wind will be gone by noon.
I'm jonesing too. I'll be on Tonka, Carman Bay 7:30 ish, if anyone's up for it. My daughter might be out too. Lydiard swim beach would be a good launch for tomorrow. I think you need 4wd as the road is kind of rutted up from fisherman, but not plowed. You are welcome at my place which is right next to Lydiard, but it's on a steep hill down to the lake which is a long trek with kite equipment.
Here's a Google map. Lydiard Ave continues straight to the lake. Not on the map. But you can see it on the satellite version.
Sounds fun..might head to Calhoun if only to watch..

Stupid stupid stupid!....almost want to make the 4 hour round trip just to get it
