I have never uploaded a video to the internet before. Who can tell me where I can do it for free? Can I do it for free?

You have to put it on a server somewhere. Your ISP may give you space. Then you'll need some FTP software to upload it to the server. If you would rather, and it is kiting or windsurfing related, send it to me and I'll put in on LAKAWA's server.
