sailing options for next week?

With the weather climbing into the 50's, is anyone else itching to get out?

Where is the open water (obviously we're talking rivers and oddball places)?

Clear Lake, IA is partially open.....

Now if they'll kindly point the web cam back on the LAKE instead of the STREET I'll be happy.

How about going up North? Is there anywhere within a reasonable distance (say 3/4/5 hours) that has good snow and where it is still cold enough that it is not this heavy slush?

The open spots getting much bigger in Okoboji. I'll should be on the water by the end of next week if the wind and temps cooperate.
