Thursday at Da Bear

Post by johntr »

Anyone going out Thursday? Looks like WNW, which should work nicely at Bellaire ... and probably provide a *really* long fetch for those who love Mahtomedhi. Last chance to get out before the swimmers take over!

I'm thinking of going out noon-ish to Bellaire. Hope to see you there!

I've been watching the flags extended all day from my office.. just finished the last meeting of the day and .. <sigh> oh well.

I did my sacrifice for ya all; looked like it was setting up for some nice rollers.

I have a flag right outside my office window as well.....Looks like some nice wind today. The more I can't go, the more it blows... Guess that's just the way it goes. I think I've been the spring sacrifice. :(

That's what it was...3 kiters & 4 sailors. Wind varied greatly in speed & direction, w/ on & off rain. Teased Tighe about lack of good Bellaire ses-
sions. He drove off and was just out of sight when it nuked up to about 40....We all had a good chuckle! J.N.
