mahtomedi is great with a west wind. it should be nice this afternoon, when the temp goes above zero. the wind chill is currently -27.

ice kiting is not really safe anywhere.

if we where smart, we wouldn't be kiting on calhoun in the first place.

it's hard to tell how fast you're going. yesterday wasn't all that windy, it was around 15 knots and a few of us were up around 50. i think 70+ is not out of the question on a 30 knot day. we should find out. :twisted:
