Anyone riding waconia this afternoon?

Im gonna try to get out around noon but buffalo might be a bit to much of a drive. was thinking more like swede but I dont want to go out alone.

Im heading over to swede around 1030-11am. I was there yesterday. Doesnt look the smoothest from shore but its all refrooze and seems to look safe.

Most the lakes on the westside are done. its all slush and will refreeze as solid ice. Better hope for some fresh stuff. Fields are fine because they were able to drain off.

Pump seems to be getting a little tougher to use what do most people like to use as a lubricant on the inside or the pump?

If you find the right spot you could probly water kite the puddles in a field. Some of the ones I have seen have been the size of small lakes.

Short season, and not alot of wind days during it. Altho some of the best snow we've had in a long time. There are fields around that are still rideable but your gonna get wet.

Best freestyle trick > big air. Big air has to many variables that are not controllable by the rider.

10 day forecast shows 40% chance of snow on saturday of the event, good chance that wind comes with that disturbance.

Hitting fields westside around 11am. Sunny and windy. Nine five two two one sev en 1675 if you want to ride field.

While you guys are out riding flat lakes I will be out riding any of the numerous fields on the west side that have 2 feet of snow on them. There are so many to choose from its not even funny.

I was out earlier and found it hard to ride due to the overwhelming color of white everywhere. I was actually getting vertigo from it after awhile.

Pretty sure Im gonna take the day off and go ride a field somewhere. With the crust we had underneath and this new snow we got any field anywhere should be rideable. I plan to ride soon after daylight hits and not stop untill around 3pm. If your interested in finding the field I am in call nine five...

Not making it to duluth so I am going to swede to ride the reeds on these easties. ETA NOON

with the cold temps coming tommorow thru the rest of the week everything should refreeze and be rideable again.

Heading out to swede eta 10-11am. Should be able to ride natural snow drift kickers by the tall grass on this easdt south east crap.

Fun kicker, better when it has spray paint on it to see! The surface around it tho is almost unrideable for a snowboard. My legs hurt from dealing with all that chop. Going to stick with the untouched snow at swede in the future.
