Weeds

I was amazed at how bad the weeds were at Medicine yesterday. Worse that I've ever seen there and it's only May.

Are the lakes, in general, having an unusually heavy weed growth this year? Or is Medicine unusually blessed?

How is Waconia this year? Washington?

lakes with no weeds

with the posts of Medicine and chatter about weedconia, I was wondering which lakes do not require a weedfin or hassle with the weeds. I have only sailed the below 3 lakes this year and they are all weed free
Green lake weed free
Pulaksi deep enough to avoid weeds
Clear Lake Iowa - shallow but no weeds

Try the rivers. They are weed free in the sailing areas.

Come to Cedar Lake WI, just across the border near Somerset..
weed free and awesome on a good southeast wind.

Just be please be sure to check your gear for any milfoil you may
have attached from another lake to help keep it weed free..
