Randy was the sole sailor to score Duluth today. I looked at the diminished forecast and chickened out. I almost pulled the trigger around 10am, but it just wasn't there. It, of course, picked up around 11... damn.
Randy bet and won. Sounds like he scored some nice 5.9m stuff at Lester. Way to go, dude!
Thanks for the comps. It was an epic session, but the sun was warm and the conditions were very mellow. It was daunting to be the only one on such a big body of water until a big ore boat came right by me.
Looks like Sunday could offer more of the same, but with stronger wind. I was amazed at the enthusiasm of the kayakers and surfers. They seemed to be all over the place after all the big terrain days they've been having.
No matter where you go tomorrow, it looks like a good time's to be had.
