How does Pepin look?

A couple weeks ago now I was talking to somebody about the eagle center by Pepin and he said the eagles are already there and there is open water.

Anyone know if there is any water that would be sailable? It was the last week in March a year ago that I sailed Cannon as the ice was breaking up.
I am really itching to get back on my board.
