Green Lake/Willmar Area

Hey I was just wondering if anyone ever goes out to Green Lake or some of the Lakes in the Willmar area? Any good spots?

Green is great for summer windsurfing and some of the launches would be pretty good for kiting I would guess. As for winter, I don't know if there is any real benifit to driving out there just to find a good kiting spot.
Green is big enough to get the big pressure ridges but I wouldn't think the wind would be that much better than other mid-sized lakes. They did get more snow this year but Mille Lacs probably got more and melted less.
