Can the weatherman replace the rain clouds for a windy cloud

I have noticed that on the weather page there is a rain cloud picture for each day. Can someone call them to replace the rain cloud for a windy cloud.

I don't know about you guys, but all the dry ditches around here have moving water. I can't beleive how much rain we have been getting.
