Where is Cedar Lake
Moderator: MK
Cedar Lake is in Wisconsin, 30-45 minutes NE of Hudson. The only public access that I know is the boat launch on the North side, accross from the Church. Here are directions from an earlier post:

The boat launch is at the north end of the lake at the intersection of
10'th and county M; you can park across the street from the launch at
the old school house.
Directions:
From the north (Osceola WI):
O Cross into WI via the bridge to Osceola
O Take WI 35 south to East Farmington.
O Keep going south on 35 to 10 Ave. about 1/2 mi south of the
town (look for the power lines crossing the road at
the slight bend)
O Left on 10 ave., heading east to the boat launch, which is right on the corner near county M (once you know where it is, you can take M
right out of Osceola)
From the south (Stillwater):
O Take Hwy 36 to Stillwater, and take the stillwater bridge
into WI (becomes WI 35)
O Take 35 east to Somerset, cross the bridge
O Take a left by the DQ (this is 35 north)
O Take 35 north to county road H (there's a farm with 2 dark blue silos)
O right on H, heading east
O Keeping going on H, just past the junction with County CC (CC is right at the start of a S turn)
O Take a left onto 210'th, heading north (if you get to the
south end of the lake you missed the turn)
O Right on 10'th
O Head east on 10'th to the boat launch, which is right on the corner near county M.

Theres public access at the North end off of 10th st and South end off of H. Additionally if you ask Bernie at Meisters bar ( south end) I'm sure he'd let you launch there.
Everyone is welcome to launch from Nancy and my house if you want side shore. We are best for S and S.W , but if you are comfortable sailing upwind North is good too, you just have to sail 1/2 a mile down the lake from our house ,call us 715 248 7643 for a wind report.
