Hello.
I am helping my relatives sell their Cedar Lake home. It was recommended by someone on this board that I post a few details about the home before putting it on the market through an agent.
The home is currently used as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It is a rambler with a full walkout (finished) basement. The home is approximately 2400 square feet with an additional 300 square feet in the three-season porch. It lies on 2.8 acres and has 480 feet of Cedar Lake frontage. We anticipate the home will sell in mid-400's.
We will begin interviewing agents later this week (5/10). If anyone is interested and would like more details, please call at the number below by Friday, May 14. After such time, we will probably move forward with listing it through an agent.

Cedar Lake crew
Just so you know our master plan of letting you know about cedar properties is paying off, a local boardhead, I won't say who because I don't want to jinx it for him, just had his offer accepted on another property and he closes in June.
The master plan in to have most of the properties on the lake owned by boardheads.
This house is close to mine,it's a great beautiful lot with probably the best view of the lake, it's wooded with a nice house + 4 season porch and a nice deck.Oh I forgot it has a horse shoe pit in the back yard, It has loads of lake shore and is on the N.E end of the lake so it's best for Southerly winds
Tighe you should contact Mike, I think this one would be just what you are looking for, especially before the realtors ( sorry Scott nothing personal ) get in and reduce flexibility on price because of commissions

Where is Cedar Lake
Cedar Lake is a rather large lake in north western Wisconsin. It's located approximately 8 miles north of New Richmond (or approximately 15 miles southeast of Osceola).
